The sample stage is essential to start before moving forward to the Bulk Stage. Normally, it will take roughly 3 months to develop your sample. The more details you put into your specification sheet, the better and faster the sampling process will be.

Here is how the Private Label Sample Stage Process :
  • Make an appointment with our merchandiser team at email start@balisummer.com
  • Make a deposit.
  • Sampling production process.
  • Send samples pictures for references that we have completed the workmanship (the image references are not for approval purposes).
  • Invoice and balance payment.
  • Shipping process.
  • In total, this process takes around 1-2 months.

  • Make a deposit.
  • Sampling production process.

  • Shipping process.
  • *Fitting Stage by customer.
  • Sample Alteration.
  • We will let you fill out and send us technical sheet revision.
  • Continue with the Sample Alteration.
  • We will have video call for approval.
  • If everything is settled and confirmed, we move for shipping process.
  • In total, this process takes around 2-3 months.
